How long does shipping take?

We currently offer free shipping on all orders.

Shipping is tracked with regular updates.

All orders will be shipped in 24-48 hrs.

Once the parcel is being processed by the shipping company, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can use the link in the email to review the status of your order and find the estimated delivery date. Kindly note that the tracking details take a few hours to be activated by the shipping company.

2. Which shipping carriers do you use?

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery status at any time.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?

As long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@daviesmayfair.com.

5. I received a damaged item — what should I do?

We’re sorry about that! Please email us within 7 days with a photo of the damaged product and your order number to support@daviesmayfair.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you.

6. What is your return policy?

You can return unused items within 14 days of receiving them. Please ensure the products are in their original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back.

7. How do refunds work?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3–10 business days.
