Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
To request a refund, please email us at support@daviesmayfair.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and non-refundable.
